At The House of Lion & Rose, we take great care in creating garments worthy of being worn and kept. We hope your Lion & Rose piece becomes something you genuinely enjoy wearing. If, however, you decide it is not right for you, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the garment is returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with any original tags or packaging where applicable.

If you simply change your mind or the garment is not quite right for you, you are welcome to return it within this 14-day period. The cost of returning the garment to us is the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned garment, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Where a valid cancellation applies, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lionandrose.co with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the matter and, where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

For faulty or incorrectly dispatched items, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item to us.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact support@lionandrose.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your request.

A member of our team will provide the return instructions and assist you through the process.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

To help your garment retain its quality, artwork and shape for years to come, we recommend following the washing and care instructions provided with your purchase.
