At The House of Lion & Rose, every garment is prepared specifically for you and printed in Britain. We take care to ensure your order is made and dispatched with the attention it deserves.
UK Delivery
UK delivery is £2.50 on orders under £40.
UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £40.
The Preparation of Your Garment
Each garment is prepared and printed specifically for your order rather than being taken from pre-printed warehouse stock. Please allow 2–5 working days for our British printing team to prepare your garment.
During exceptionally busy periods, preparation may occasionally take a little longer. We will always endeavour to prepare and dispatch your order as promptly as possible.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 3–6 working days.
Please therefore allow up to 9 working days in total from placing your order for your garment to arrive.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey to your door.

Your personal information is treated with care and respect. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems designed to protect your transaction and personal information.
A Final Note
All delivery times are estimates. While we work to prepare and dispatch orders promptly, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather and other unforeseen events.
